The core team comes from a business and finance background, graduating from top universities across Europe and the US. We have experience with Investment banking, business management, and corporate finance.
Robert Nicklaus Olsen serves as Global Chief Investment Officer for Oaktreewave. Based in New York, Robert oversees all aspects of the investment division including asset management, implementation and research. He also serves on the firm’s executive committee.
Anthony T. Lehmann is Chief Financial Officer of Oaktreewave. With more than 17 years’ experience in accounting and data analaysis, Anthony is responsible for the firm’s financial and control functions including accounting, tax, treasury, management reporting and planning.
Stephanie Jensen is the Head of Global Marketing for Oaktreewave, responsible for the development of the firm’s overall marketing strategy. She leads marketing activities across all lines of business.
Kate Proctor is Chief Human Resources Officer for Oaktreewave, responsible for the firm’s HR teams worldwide. She is also a member of the Management Committee. In this capacity, she played a leading role in the design and implementation of the firm’s worldwide talent and performance management processes.
